Learn about the fundamentals of metal additive manufacturing from GE experts in this full-day introduction. Gain hands-on experience with metal 3D printing on GE Additive machines and make yourself familiar with the latest developments, upcoming trends and applications. This course is exclusively designed for attendees of the Digital Factory Conference at a special price of €250.

GE Additive Basic Training is presented by GE through a partnership with the Digital Factory Conference. GE is solely responsible for the content of GE Additive Basic Training.
Spend a day visiting advanced research and manufacturing facilities in the Munich area on the Digital Factory’s private bus tour.
Learn how advanced adhesives are developed at Henkel’s R&D center, and see how industrial 3D printers are manufactured at EOS’s factory. €100 registration fee includes transfer from a convenient pickup location to all facilities, as well as lunch.

The Digital Factory conference will take place at UnternehmerTUM, the center for innovation and entrepreneurship at the Technical University of Munich, and at MakerSpace, which provides advanced prototyping and fabrication facilities to students, entrepreneurs and companies.
The venue is a 10-minute walk from the Garching - Forschungszentrum station of the Munich Metro, and is a 15-minute taxi ride from Munich Airport.
